Returns & Exchanges

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to help.

Eligible for Return or Exchange:
  • Requests must be made within a reasonable time upon receipt of the item.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless the item is defective.
  • All requests are reviewed individually to ensure fairness for everyone.

Laser Engraving

  • Complimentary with every purchase.
  • Maximum of 2 letters.
  • Engraving is placed at the end of the left temple of the sunglasses.
  • Due to the personalized nature of engraving, engraved items are final sale.
  • Minor variations may occur as engraving is done individually.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your ysle sunglasses in their best condition, we recommend storing them in their protective case when not in use, cleaning the lenses with the provided microfiber cloth, and avoiding prolonged exposure to extreme heat or moisture. Handle with care to maintain the quality and finish of your pair.

International Orders

  • International shipping is subject to availability and quotation.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are shouldered by the customer.
